Contradictory evidence of what? How is anything you keep bringing up evidence of Trump's innocence? And for an 'inconvenient fact', please recall that most of the worst violence with the protests and other unrest, that you just tossed into this conversation as a deflection, happened while...
Are you honestly saying that you don't think Trump had anything to do with what happened 6th Jan? That he wasn't the entire inspiration for it? That you don't believe the various footage of him instructing his Maggats to march on the capitol, him pressuring Pence to refuse to certify, etc...
Trump directly incited the attack on the Capital. The whole thing happened because of him and his instructions to the crowd to 'stop the steal'. You don't consider that participating materially in what happened? Trump is directly responsible for all the damage and at least one, possibly three...
Trump has been given far more leeway than he ever deserved. Numerous people are in jail facing serious time for mishandling ONE classified document. Same with Jan.6 - plenty of his fanatic followers already jailed behind bars for something he instigated and started. It is high time that he is...
I have both the Camp Turbo Foot and the twin-cam Notch Jet Step. Both are great! The Notch especially self-tends immediately at ground level if there is any tail at all below it. Pricey though, but I think well worth it.
Love my 200' Poison Ivy (the original dark green stuff) for longer SRT ascents with minimal stretch. But I do like a small bit of bounce so have shorter 150' Tachyon Ash and 120' Scion Blue for smaller climbs. Also tried a 100' piece of the big Vortex Cool; really soft, flexible, and...
Cool. I did not realize I could enlarge the poster image and read the ordering details. Shame about the lack of a rain fly, but maybe the right size tarp could be strung across above, tent-like?
What is the current word on them being available again at some point? I visited the website and also Canopy Watch but did not see anything recent about this.
A powerful symbol of hope for Lahaina's recovery, if this tree survives its damage from the fire. It is the largest in the US and is iconic to LaHaina and the people of Maui. I saw it in 2008. It is incredible, almost 3/4 of an acre in size. One of Hawaii's top arbortists discusses efforts...
Hi Guys,
I have over five years of intermittent use on my two Rollgliss modded units now, with many dozens of climbs. I LOVE these things. I tear them down about once a year to check out internal wear, re-grease the gears, etc. They are holding up very well and still look great inside, gear...
I think Mumford did a video about keeping an entire second system on the tail of your rope, for occasions where you might need it. I got a second ZZ in a trade after I saw that on youTube and have often used it on the tail for moving around MRS once I am at height, in situations where my...
For me, the height of the climb (length of rope) has a lot to do with how bouncy a rope feels. For a tall ascent, the Scion begins to feel far too bouncy and I have some Poison Ivy I like better. Both are a nice colour too!
Muggs is right. I own a machine shop and small foundry and have learned this the hard way. A patent in this country is more or less worthless to the small guy; there is no enforcement behind it from the government. The burden is all on the patent holder to enforce it or contest patent...
It would not be trivial to replace the input shaft on one of these. The gear teeth are cut into the shaft itself. Better to use one that already has the extended shaft, like the 500 or 550. Just watch eBay; they do turn up fairly regularly and while they are often quite a few hundred dollars...
