I have zero experience with this machine, so take this with a grain of salt
and this may be a bad idea, do your research
maybe make up a short hydraulic line to connect your pressure side to the return side? just some quick connects, a Tee fitting and some hose (I assume 2 pressure and 1...
yes
and I trust my gear
BUT, this is litterally a thread where a guy fell and almost died due to trusting his gear too much
I can back stuff up, weather I trust it or not
and, im going to replace on of my bridges, because although it passes inspection, I got my saddle used, and I have zero...
also, do you think the only thing I took from this is what I mentioned?
LOL
what I took from this: inspect yer shit
dont climb on damaged/worn out gear
backup anything you can (I.E Climbline AND lanyard for saw work)
and dont say your opinion on a public forum, because everyone will bitch...
both my bridges are fine
what issue is there with backing stuff up?
I can, it doesnt affect my climbing, but it halves the chance I fall from a broken bridge
p.s I inspect my stuff every climb, its still a good idea to back up what I can
I could try that
at this point this is more an experiment, or if someone wants to get some pads for a gift or something
if someone wants them for super cheap just pay shipping ill send em to ya
I grab the end of my thumb, and pull down (Index finger hooks thumb tip) on the end of the glove, so its just the cloth w/o rubber when using the slic pin on my wrench, works great, cant immagine a quickie being any worse
ive got a set of well used buckingham L pads for sale
$20 OBO buyer pays shipping
a few small cracks in the leather but over all solid, selling because I upgraded
back to my original statement, I didnt give anyone in this thread advice on anything
I said the line clearance guys should try and do a good job
and a few buck isnt worth possibly being fried by power lines
tell me, tell me where the advice is please, is saying a few buck isnt worth being...
correct, the jarraff guys arent the best
and, I can see just how flexible a 75' fiberglass telescopic boom is, and tell its not easy to operate, not saying its impossible, but it is not easy, I have ran equipment before, I have an idea how hard this stuff is to operate
I quite using that setup a long time ago, and that was only as an SRT backup while on spurs, set up so if that ever gets load im in a situation where ruining a biner is the last thing I care about
