Watch out for underground bee and hornet nests

Holy Moses that is a harrowing tale! Thanks for the shares! One year as a kid I found a ground nest with the lawn mowers d got stung, as expected. The next mow I just left a circle around the nest and they left me alone. I did that for two years not getting stung again. The circle was probably...

    ArboSpace Ropes??

I guess give it a shot and see what you think? I had a 150’ but I disliked it enough to cut about 60’ off so it could be my short rope. I’ve grown to appreciate it. It seemed better after it was used more. I’ve only run hitches on it

    ArboSpace Ropes??

Yea I have a hank of that huracan that I’ve been running for 1.5 years or so. Held up good. It did milk a lot. It’s pretty bouncy. I made it into my shorty and used it for a spar rope and low climb rope.

Hiring a climber/ employee from out of area

I’ll keep that in mind. We are casting a big net on the home search looking for the perfect place @southsoundtree I think a 3 year climber pulls between $20-32 an hour around here A 10 year veteran might cap out around $45-50 at the right company.

    Tick borne illness

I did a search on that, thanks for sharing. At a glance it didn’t seem expensive, $20 for a blood test? Do they get you with shipping or something?? I wasn’t expecting a positive on the Lyme but I did strongly suspect the alpha gal.

    Tick borne illness

I’ve been hesitant to use permethrin too but I’m ready to be more proactive against future bites. I had Rocky Mountain spotted fever a few years back. I’m not looking for a third strike

T540 M3 idle issue.... Any suggestions....

Every one of those saws I’ve seen or used is a temperamental turd. I think they are all lemons personally. and it’s a shame it can’t run consistently because like you said - they really rip
