Good afternoon everyone,
I’m working a advertising sign clearing project in Newark, De. The state just told me all pruning work has to be 100% supervised on site. That was not discussed or on their bid information. This is a pilot program so most specs are not documented yet.

Sign up for one of these and ship it out. You're going to have a hard time selling it local. Those apps protect both parties pretty well. If they screw around you can report them.
Slap a photo on here so we can see the condition. $300 is a great price.

Hey everyone,

Checking in again on you splicing monkeys keep up the good work. I spliced a 16 strand a couple weeks back and it made me miss splicing but also it made me feel inferior because it took me so long to remember how things went.
All the last couple of pages of photos look great. Just checking in and getting the itch to pick up the fids again. The artistic nature of splicing rope is so gratifying. Splice them tight!
Check this post. My kit is pictured above. I've never really needed more than what I show. Biggest investment is the scissors that can cut the high mod fibers. I spent $80 on mine.
I never had any major issues but I was splicing cougar blue off one of the first hanks in the country years ago. I heard there was quality issues with the product. That may play a part to the inconsistency with how hard the splice is to run home.
Do you have a wooden mallet or a rubber one to beat the hell out of the tight area and loosen it up? I've got a ghetto piece of apple wood that looks like a hammer I used to use to beat the splice loose again.
I'm still around. Been years since I've spliced something. I did a ton of work that i don't use. I almost went into splicing for money but never got that idea off the ground. My kids have a 3/4 double braid sling for a port a wrap as a climbing rope for their wall. I love bragging that that rope...

Anyone have any good sites they like to frequent for used equipment?
Anyone have sites they know to stay away from?
Thanks for the help.

People will work shitty jobs for crazy lengths of time because it provides for their family. Many people work jobs they hate because they have to. If it makes them succeed in their personal lives they may be willing to sacrifice their profession lives to provide that to their families. It...
