    First TCC

    I had last spring in my first comp. Got second plaze in the throwline cause i managed to hit 3 point targets with both throwlines and got my ropes up also under 2 minuts. Only mist first plaze by one point. Lots of guys got 0 points because they would want to get the 9 pointers.

    The 300wod is starting to pay off. Did today FL 3x15m and could do the 300 straigt after it. Nice to have all what you need at home... Before 2 months a would have been wasted after the FL.
