    Did the heavy fran again today. Took me 14.30. Felt much better then the last time. Maybe because i dident climb that much today. Did some hedges... did extra toas to bar after the fran 15-12-9. Good to look at what i have done from here. Should get a diari for my training sessions again.

    Aint that too much? When i trained for strongman and powerlifting i worked out 5x a week. Monday: squats and easy back excercises Tuesday: benchpress and tritseps Wednesday: deadlifts and legpress Tuesday: incline benchpress and tritseps Friday where frontsquats - my favorite excercise, a shame...

    Cool, so your like a treeclimbing bodybuilder because how you train and eat:cool: You do it the other way i was used to. Different goals too... Seems logical that you dont need max power in summer.

    Its got so quiet here. Nobody aint working out enymore? Im lifting iron mostly right now , 3-4x times a week. Would need Fl too, but a finger injure wont let me right now. But no problem, i dont compete enymore this year. Thinking of adding something for my cardio... Btw Mark, whats your best...

    Hey! I watched a video on climbingarborist.com about the DWT rigging system. They used it on a stem and under the video there where meny coments about smashing the block into the stem. I would like to see what you guys think. Would you use it? The video is here: Andrus

    Was thinking off that the other day if enybody has measured how much calories they burn when climbing? My weight hasent changed for a long time. Im between 88-91kg (194-200pounds) all year round.

    Small business in small country

    Thanks. Im actually not that new in the town. In my hometown im well known, but i want a bigger peace of the cake. Im a bit filled up, of maximum 2-3 weeks of work in front of me and not with the best prices. So im trying to expand the area im working in.
