    I just wanted to say thank you to every one it helps knowing I have friends and colegues who care. I'm doing good considering, I just take comfort in the pride of my son his role in master plan. Every is welcome to come to the services and would be appreciated he touched so many of us.

    Re: Can\'t find my size. petzl makes the westitsie for for kids maybe that will fit, I couldn't imagine weighing 135. My 12 year old son out weighs you by 60 pounds. McDonalds has a program that should work also. I was in the best shape of my life living on that program.

    I had the same results with aluminum figure 8's. I would come out of a tree on a figure 8 and burn a groove like that in it on one decent. I have the biner here somewhere to post later.

    If your gonna waste sooooo much energy then your probably not doing something right. You probably burn more calories in 15 seconds having sed then you would 15 seconds of footlocking. Better work on your technique in both departments. Just a thought.
