Just finished a climbing course over the weekend

It takes Balls to admit you were wrong: you just did & I tip my hat to you. Best of Luck with what you’re planning. Did they teach any rigging? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

I just bought a new dozen myself: the 10” K&Hs are a bit more economical that way. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

I’m not in either clique, but something has been on my mind the last few days. I’m by no means big-time or an authority, But why isn’t he in a harness? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

I don’t think they Humboldt: I’ve for sure never seen it in all the “New Saws not currently in NA” videos. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

    Saw technique???

If a fellow was to clip the corners before starting the back cut, I believe that would take care of the concern. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

    Saw technique???

I’ve heard of folks starting with the angled cut of the face so they can watch the chain as it breaks the plane with the horizontal cut: to aid in them not creating a bypass. Either way, the Europeans do it Funny. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

    Saw technique???

This. Those Euros run short bars on 60-90cc power heads- 16-20” bars. No Thank You. They don’t do wrap handles or H.O. Oilers either: The Swedish Stump Dance is their preferred technique. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

    Today....

This past weekend’s activities: My stump sub missed 2 on the lake job so, The Sewer Service routes around the lake & that manhole lid you see there is what the Northernmost section of the former Pine was against. The septic predated the Pine. Probably also why the grinder suddenly wasn’t...

Brand new ms661 bog (Mtronic 3.0)

The 1122 spanned from 1985ish till around 2013- 064, 066, MS660. There were around 13 different cylinders within this family, almost as many different coils, 6-7 different flywheels, etc. The 1144 is less than 7 years old & already there are 4 different cylinders, 5 different coils, & a host of...

Brand new ms661 bog (Mtronic 3.0)

Sound Advice @LordFarkwad. Tag Tree Monkey& Redbull661, Huskihl, & Mastermind. Between those 3 porters, I bet they’ve handled more 1144s than probably the next 3 folks doing them. I know for a fact Huskihl has done 6 for the Flyin’ Dutchman. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Are you certain it is a Version 3.0? What’s the tag on the handle say? I’m not a fan of the motomix myself but to each his own. I’m also not familiar with stock saws, but I do know that once modded, these saws are relatively trouble free. Matter of fact, with stiffening of the springs...
