    More $$ and less physical toll could mean more energy and funds for your digs vs working extra hard at both while running a business. Different climate from you, but every winter I'm like "what exit strategy should I get going that's less phys demanding". More snow today, fuck March.

    More of a general thing, but I appreciate the few articles which actually get into the nitty gritty and assume the reader is a well versed professional. Edit out 3 paragraphs of fluff and over explanations (have a couple references so people can read more if needed) and use that freed up space...
