    My back goes straight into my thighs. I wear a belt on my pants and suspenders on my saddle. That seems to stop the saddle from inching my pants down past the point of no return. I use a cheap "tactical" pair of suspenders and connected them to the webbing of my saddle with modified webbing clips.

    The last saw I had ported was $450 on top of the purchase price (including shipping). It depends on the builder and the saw (some jugs are easier to get into than others). I would imagine you'll be into it ~$300 to $450 if you choose any of the well known builders.
