    This is the Akimbo

I got to try out the Akimbo yesterday with the xstatic, this is the first time with both so I don't have any comparison. But my thoughts are it works amazing with my knee and foot acenders, they just move right up from the start, none of that awkwardness feeding them through at first. The Akimbo...

    This is the Akimbo

After treestuff irritating me enough to cancel my Akimbo order with them and reordering from Bartlett putting me again at the bottom of the list I didn't think I'd see the Akimbo for a long time. But I just got a pleasant call from Bartlett informing me it's shipping out today! I only had to...

    Boots!

My wife climbs and has big feet but men's boots still don't fit her well, they might fit you but I think men's boots are just different enough you might not be happy with them. She has been using Asolo but just got a pair of SALEWA MS MOUNTAIN TRAINER and likes them. They are supposed to be...

    This is the Akimbo

Talked to TS a few times about another issue I was having with them, while on the phone I asked them about the Akimbo, each time I was told something completely different. I got the impression they train their employees to give an answer even though they have no idea what %^&* their talking about.

You can only get cancer if you're using it in California, something to do with liberals not reacting well working with their hands.

I hear that, never had a business try so hard to loose me as a customer and not care. I guess the NEW treestuff doesn't care about a customer that's spent thousands of dollars with them, I'm just small beans to them now. rant over

Sure there have been a few, probably the closest was the Rope Runner, I thought it was cool how Kevin enlisted the experts here to test and tweak the design.

    This is the Akimbo

I kind of wish I just waited till they actually had them instead of pre-ordering, I'm the type of person that can wait forever before buying something but once I do I want it yesterday. I already bought some rope just for it and a biner that I think that will work well....kind of sad really...

Sherrill Tree is Sold to Investment Co.

For what's it's worth... I've talked to Nick in person awhile back, the subject of this forum came up, I got the impression he is aware that sometimes he comments don't come off the best but to me he seemed like he has had the best intentions. Nobody is perfect, but I'd rather have someone...

Sherrill Tree is Sold to Investment Co.

In the arborist retail business I think it's important to have a close connection with it's customers. An investment firm is NOT going to be able to do that. On a side note, what's with Treestuff not having a lot of things in stock? "order now and wait 12 weeks"

Some people like fancy watches, cars, cell phones, clothes ect... me I like cool tools. I guess it comes from trying to get by with so little trying to accomplish something you can really appreciate a well thought out, designed, engineered, manufactured tool.

TS changed their wording slightly. Since I'm at the bottom of the list probably won't be soon for me, but I can look forward to hearing what you guys think of them. The Akimbo is coming! TreeStuff has received a notification from Rock Exotica that the Akimbo will be shipping out in limited...
