My personal take and concern is the delivery.

While I can certainly get a giggle out of the satirical element using the same format as major propaganda forms such as military recruitment I think the delivery can be manipulated.

The hunger games sensationalism gives the radicals in power more ammo of ‘indoctrination or the radical liberals’ argument.

It’s essentially mirroring their propaganda, where they can make a very similar video of scare tactics against illegal immigration. Essentially tools that increase polarization and not decrease it.

It is a very alarming thing that’s going on right now. Creating and handing over power to a new governmental branch that controls all others, without any oversight or transparency.
