This is completely different subject with thread title here but I would like to make a formal apologizes to @Shadowscape and everyone here who were there reading at my previous post that contains ignorant baseless rants and insults , humiliations, causing emotional damages, towards to him and who have read my posts on this thread .
I was mad for no reasons and I was completely out of touch.
I recognized my mistake and I would like to ask you all to give me a chance to correct myself.
I would like to say I'm terrible sorry and I'll learn from my mistake to not that kind of shameful outburst let it happen again.

RICO has been used regularly. It only became a household name with the Trump crew being charge with it.
I retired from law enforcement in Chicago and we used RICO almost on a daily basis. So don't get your knickers in a twist. Only those outside the court systems will think this is a new thing being thrown about.

Maybe so, but I had an employee and a contract climber friend of mine go down and help out with the tree sitting at the Cop City. And I probably would have been there if it were 20 years ago. These are the RICO indictments that have my attention.

Did they name the rico statutes after you??? And while they were instituted as a powerful tool against the mob they have been grossly misused. The one case I AM familiar with is with Dr. Stanislaw Burzynski who was curing kids of brain cancer in Texas....
