Did a large cottonwood removal yesterday with a crane. Took all day, but I'm a rookie on the crane so it's cool. Everything went smooth as can be. Had some massive pics on the branches.

Yea, had awesome branch structure. It would've been a blast to prune but it was cracking their foundation so it had to go. They say it was a volunteer tree

Wow a boat! That will be a huge headache in terms of compliance. Commercial registration, SCTW 95 or equivilant, Marine Spill Training, Rescue Training, maybe swift boat training, captain training, radio operator training and license, crew training and what ever OSHA requirements there may be.

No not really its replacing a smaller vessel and I've been operating on my lake for 12 years and have mostly everything you mentioned and then some. There is 0 enforcement on our lake aside from the local opp guys who know nothing about commercial operations and no coast Guard enforcement as they only stick to big bodies of water. I'm
