Had a bit of Eagle Rare at the Georgia TCC a month ago and picked up a bottle last week. I know... it is a bit like jumping ship, but it is a very drinkable spirit.

Does the Winterglow brighten your day? I guess I never thought about the Swedes as whiskey makers, but since they live in the cold and dark most of the year, I’m sure they do make some.

Turns out it's good and Scandinavia can grow barley and probably has peat like Scotland

Made a simple syrup with juice of one orange slice and some honey made by our fried. Tried orange bitters for the first time and it was a hit
