'Rather be looking at something than looking for it"
I like that. Can I use it?

Not my saying. Heard it a long time ago, from my Dad I think. Liked it and have used it quite often.

I used to put alot of my gear in my pickup before I bought/built my chip truck. Organization is key when youre hauling small.

I could go on all day about the A.T. !

We had Devon (Deevo) bring his spiderlift down to help us on a monster poplar this summer. Thankfully he also brought his ArborTrolly as well because we got a flat on the big green Sherrill dolly we had with us.

I was quite impressed with that little blue and orange cart. Very impressed.(y)

it is great to see that someone has more kit to haul than me, got to agree with you though squad143 if you don't have it with you, the odds are you are going to be needing it that day. ohh and I am definitely using this line"Rather be looking at something than looking for it".
Nicely done Stillmadd.

I'm adding to my kit every day I go to the arborist supply store.:)
I actually found another brand new rope and a couple of biners (while I was digging out the gear for this pic) that I forgot I purchased.:bailando:

Just remembered the actual saying: "I'd rather be looking at it, instead of for it"
- same result.

I know I said I could go on all day about that trolley ,but I'm just gonna say one more thing . I love the massive brush piles I can put on that thing more than even how it carries logs so well. I'll try to remember to get some picks of that as well. Cheers !

You mean you don't just carry everything out by hand as logs to? It must be a phase some of us go through.

I've done my share, and still do manual carrying. We all do whatever it takes :)
I like to see the phases as:
1: Leaving it where it falls.
2: Manually removing it by hand.
3: Moving it by cart/dolly.
4: Skidsteer or other motorized equipment.
5. Crane.
6. Helicoptor.
7. Laser/Phaser.
(I don't know where dynamite fits in)
I have yet to give the chopper a go for tree removal, but would love to :bananahappy:
And no matter how long I point my laser pointer at a tree, nothing happens.
(must be defective)
I don't believe the government would allow me to buy dynamite...... which, now that I think about it, is probably a good thing.

Sounds very familiar the only other thing that we've come up with (but never found) is a Marvin the Martian ray gun. I think it would work quite well, unfortunately treestuff doesn't carry it (yet) :(
