What would we expect?

No ground work. I oversee the management and operations of 7 medium scale apartment complexes that total 353 units. My official title is Housing Coordinator but I'm also a non-compensated vice-president of 7 separate corporate entities that own or partially own the 7 separate apartment complexes. I'm also the official-unofficial IT guy, case manager for 3 separate assistance programs that benefit residents of the apartment complexes and an authorized check signer. Each property has an annual operational budget of $300-600K per year. Last year one property had a tree services and grounds maintenance contract that exceeded my gross annual salary.

I'm paid $15 per hour and work 40 hours per week (no overtime allowed). In 2021 my holiday bonus was a $50 prepaid Wal-mart gift card and one catered meal. No profit sharing or other bonuses are offered. My benefits include a health insurance plan (with a $5000 individual / $10,000 family annual detectable) with no dental or vision coverage. Current mileage reimbursement rate for travel is 44 cents per mile.

On a positive note, I do receive 5 weeks paid vacation a year and they offer a 3% match on retirement contributions up to a max limit I could never reach during a calendar year.
Earth sounds terrible

Where is earth? It's in Zanesville and the rust belt of Ohio.
Seems like you're pretty underpaid to me that, 5 weeks of vacation makes up for a bit but that's pretty low for what you're doing imo. I'm from California so I know my rates are a bit skewed from yours but I've never paid less than 15$ an hour now starting at 20$ an hour minimum, we've got 4 of us who work together myself and a 72 year old timber operator/arborist do almost all the bidding I do almost all the climbing he does all the dangerous falling. The other guys take care of most of the group. The pay is pretty much percentage based but usually the guys end up taking 25-40$ an hour, if it's just me and 1 of them sometimes it's 60. A 600$ 4 hour job I make 400 minus expenses they make 200 and we're usually done for the day, no benefits or paid time off though.
