I'd love to start at 7am, but if it's residential I try to time it so the saws start at 9am.

We usually don't start cutting till 7:30.

Get a complaint maybe once every 18 mos.

After 7AM the law says you can make all the racket you want.

Shower, let dogs out, feed dogs, make lunch, let dogs out, make or buy cofee, drive to work. I like to be early, Set an example for the other guys especially the ones on my crew.....doesnt seem to work though

Yes, I work on a large commercial property. Some areas can only be worked when closed to the public.

7 am. That way we're onsite by 8-9 am depending on distance. All in the departure time from the shop as to whether I'm on the road for 1/2 hr or 1+ hrs...

Yes,

There are many unique things working at night. The most challenging things are the loss of depth (or height) perception and not being able to see the ends of limbs you may be removing.

Sat/Sun work is rare except for emergencies. We can't come close to keeping up at 5 nights a week with 8 people. We also have visitors 365.
