7 am. That way we're onsite by 8-9 am depending on distance. All in the departure time from the shop as to whether I'm on the road for 1/2 hr or 1+ hrs...
There are many unique things working at night. The most challenging things are the loss of depth (or height) perception and not being able to see the ends of limbs you may be removing.
Sat/Sun work is rare except for emergencies. We can't come close to keeping up at 5 nights a week with 8 people. We also have visitors 365.
