OK, I just did some googling and I'm not so sure anymore. Paul might be correct. There are a couple of varieties of E. gunnii that look very similar to E. cinerea.
As far as I know, E. gunnii* is a decent sized tree and
only the young leaves have that shape and the silver-blue
color. E rhodantha** is a shrub up to 8'-9'
