Here from the beginning

Oatmeal with craisins and vanilla soymilk and orange juice mixed in.

Plenty for a day of working at the desk. Not enough for a day of climbing though.

What starts off your day?
 
8 weetbix with 1 litre milk warmed up in the the mircrowave then a sprinkle of raw sugar plus a couple of strong coffees
 
A cup of coffee and a few snacks once i get woken up. I'm not a morning person so eating a good breakfast doesn't mix with my morning schedule. Wake up at 6:15 out the door by 6:23 at work by 6:50.
 
two fried eggs under melted cheese on a bagel, glass of milk, glass of coffee, glass of EmergenC vitamin drink...peanut butter/cheese/bacon sandwich by 10:30.

usually oatmeal with dried cranberries and real maple syrup. If not that maybe a bagel w/cream cheese or a bowl of rasin bran with real honey...

On rain/snow days it's greasy eggs with greasy cheesy hashbrowns and greasy delicious bacon and greasy buttered wheat toast. Mmmmmmm rain days....
 
Jeeeez, Norm. One of these days I will make the big bucks too, but for now its a couple of National Bohemians and a slice of bread.

I could up it to three, but that cuts into the lunch menu.

Now we're on my favorite meal of the day...

Two eggs over easy on wheat toast with sausage or bacon and grits.

or...

A homemade Belgian Waffle (I make kickass waffles) with Sausage or bacon.

Big glass of OJ or milk and a cup a joe to wash it down.

If I'm in a hurry I go with cinnamin rolls and coffee and plan on an early lunch.

organic cereal or french toast then around tenish i have a snack- maybe a cinamen rais. bagel with p&j then lunch then a meal after work and finally a hearty dinner, and maybe a snack before bed. and i still can't seem to gain any weight to keep the hawks from caring me away.
 
Bagel and cream cheese, and a glass of oj or guava nectar juice.

Sometimes, two eggs over medium with portuguese sausage and some toast.

Other times, bowl of granola cereal and some oj.

My best quick climbing breakfast to keep me going until lunch:
Cook up some rolled oats (not the instant stuff), start the oats in cold water. While the oatmeal is cooking core and chop one apple and coarse chop a handful and a half of raw walnuts or pecans (or a blend the two). When the oatmeal is cooked stir in the apples and nuts and turn off the heat. If you like it sweeter add some raisins. Serve with unsweetened plain soy milk or regular milk. One or two eggs over easy on the side. Coffee.

The no milk option is good for taking it on the road: put some butter on top of the oatmeal, put an egg or two on top of that, salt and pepper, (deluxe northern equivalent of grits).
