A few weeks ago I heard about an eating regimen that I like. It's called 'Second Breakfast'.
The first is just a bit of chow and a drink to kindle the fire in the furnace. Then, about 2-3 hours later a real breakfast. For a long time I've done that when possible and I can put in super long productive days.
Right now...my first BF...two egg McMuffins and regular coffee. My boss won't let me stop for second breakfast today...he can be such a hard driver sometimes
