Is only taking 3 climber out of the 22 a itcc RULE or could have the WC had 5 climbers in the masters?

How many contestants do other chapters have and how many go to the masters? I wood hate to be 4 5 and get shorted like that, if they always take 5 to the masters.
It looks like the ETCC in prague had 41+ contestants to send 5 to the masters. (ITCC rule 8.2.4) JUST LOOKED AT THE RULES

Yes, Ashlen and Robert represented Hawaii. Winning footlock was like 15 seconds from Chad, going up from there. I had a 20, my best yet in comp. Here are the results:

It appears from the results of the womens preliminaries that the third climber did not qualify for the master climb?
Any comments from those in attendance?

That's right the third girl should have went to masters.
ITCC RULE (8.2.4) 30 contestants or fewer, three advance
Is there a minimum number of contestants? It doesn't say anything about only three contestants. That sucks for who ever the third girl was.
