Vermeer fluid filters

I just got a CTX100, and vermeer brand filter elements are an arm and a leg. Is there anywhere I can get a cross refrence or get a competitors filter for less?

Thats where vermeer dealer said to check, but I called NAPA and they couldnt cross any of the filter numbers. Maybe I should call a different NAPA store?

You can go to either Fleetguard or Donaldsons website they have a search function to do just that. Not to mention that both those companies make filters for tons of other people. Your chances are quite good to find them. Often time a John Deere, CNH, or Cat dealer sells one of those two brands.

Its not worth it. We have been having a lot of problems with aftermarket filters. Its honestly not worth saving a couple bucks now to pay big down the road....

You may have missed what I said, Donaldson and Fleetfuard are oem apec filters. In fact they are owned by Cummins Corp. they are some of the best filters on the open market.
