Update on my situation: the spliced triple thimble arrived this week!

I never received a response, not from Nick, not from the woman with the @sherilltree email and not from info@treestuff so that's a little disheartening but in the end I did receive the item so all's well that ends well. Probably won't order anything from TS that's listed on backorder again but the end result is net positive.

Glad you still have faith in them, even if is just a little bit. Multiple non responses would have made me crazy and I definitely would be a lost customer.

I ordered a 2'' wide belt for my tool pouches. Got sick of leather failing on a annually basis and went with something made from cordura. I ordered in the end of July and was supposed to receive by the end of August.

I understand things being slower than usual ........
I wish my one email would have been at least answered.

We order (and pick up) from Gap Arborist Supply.
Still 3 hours from me. Might have to make a weekend road trip! I need to find a real deal storefront with inventory. Closest thing I've got to that is 40 minutes/ Buckingham showroom in Binghamton NY, which is great but limited on products for arborists
I have had terrible interactions with treestuff since the new site promo. They have made it more than good for holding up progress, but I won't order again until I hear some positive reviews. Sucks because I used to be the guy with the huge treestuff stickers on everything, bought all my gear through them, nothing but good things to say, constantly recommending them... And now I can't. One thing I just can't understand, how? How are they that busy? There's only a few arborists out there, and we don't all order from the same place on the same day! I've worked at multiple establishments that hired short term staff for the holidays to supply/demand. I believe it was called labor ready. Hint... Hint.
