Trees from a distance

The stand behind the fence to the left in front f my truck contain 5 trees and remind me of a bonsai I have seen several times

If you were in central Ohio, I'd tell you to go to the USFS lab in Delaware (city in Ohio, not the State). There is a big library of there where, if you can get in, you can take just about anything off the shelf for the keeping. What they have depends on the grant that it was printed with. Some pay for a lot of 'free' copies, others don't.
 
I will throw one up since it seems we've stalled for a couple days. I run into specific neighborhoods that will have a few of these but for the most part I don't see them too often.

That other big one...is that Metasequoia or Taxodium? (it is a conifer...right? - hard to tell with grainy pic, but leaves look to fine to be real leaves)
 
That is why I thought bald cypress...not many other evergreens in Ohio can take those kinds of locations. That would be huge for an Eastern redcedar which would be my next guess.
