Yeah, I was wondering if you were refering to them being sloloniferous.
My guess is Robinia pseudoacacia, although the one in front looks pretty smooth barked...
And totally wrong form.
I cant believe theyre the same species. Looks like Gleditsia in back and Juglans cinera front.

I dont know what Im guessing.
 
Ok, so I'll be more specific on the clue... This tree is not stoloniferous, it is invasive because it's ability to seed itself and establish quickly in compacted soils,etc. That should do it. :)

PS - They are definitely the same species, the one in back is super old, hence the different form.
