Like the Schubert cherry, you must get the cultivar. That's what is hard about it.

It is not that easy, phloem. This tree is commonly mistaken for Callery pear, though, mostly because of branch structure. It looks more like P. calleryana than what it really is, if that makes you feel any better.

The branching down low looks like Zelkova....

The leaves are reminding me of Maple....
