From what I hear from you, his answer will probably be:
Let us do it. My slaves will do it faster, and if the **** hits the fan they have to pay up.
Looks a bit like how the big jeans company's work in China

i worked for this bloke for 8 month, have to say it was a health and saftey nightmare, and the most unprofesional setup i ever worked for.
topping is about 60% of the workload, the rest will be shearing 6 metre hedges (from a wobbly ladder), some fruit tree work and a decent climb now and again.
staff seem to move on, on averege after 5 month, some only last a few weeks, one guy came from england on sunday and flew home again on monday night!
if your broke and need a job then okay, but if your half way competent then dont bother, theres plenty work out there and no one needs to work for a outfit like this.
oh by the way, he wont replace the worn out 14 year old chainsaws because of the cost, yet drives a brand new porsche!

If you can't take a 70ft conifer down in 30mins then your best bet is to apply for a job with your local council. Plenty of tea breaks.

I met a couple of very good English climbers a few months back who had worked for the above company - One of the worst companies they have ever worked for - both of them....and they were experienced guys who had been about.

This is my third year working for the above company. long hours, quick climbing, no damage, good money. I'm not a climber who requires babysitting and am at ease with the responsibility of my own health and safety and others around me. Seen a few climbers come and go, taking there attitudes and general lack of drive with them but the capable self reliant climbers seem to stay.

Ekka owns www.TreeWorld.info and has a great crew of arborist over there.

Re: Jail Bird

Ekka was the first person to be banned/blocked from Treebuzz.

The only place that he behaves is on his own site. Whenever he comes back to Treebuzz he is compelled to cause trouble in the nastiest way possible.

Mark and I have no time for his behavior and disruption of Treebuzz.
