tree stuff, its been real....

Now in all sincerity I still love treestuff...not sure if that will change but as of today it has not. Life is an ever changing system and we just adapt. When Luke ran treestuf I was highly favored and am thankful...but that has passed and now I just order in stock items online...it still goes smooth. No interaction is fine by me....I just get on with things...they still have a nice big selection.....
 
Thought I'd give treesherrill a second chance, umm, ordered an "In Stock item" on Nov 30th, a "Petzl ring open"...its 12/5/17 now and says not shipped yet...goodness, no word on it so far, looks like im going to have to waste time and make a call..crazy...order#314800 if anybody out there...

Hi nick. Seems the only way I can get a response is a public posting, 2 private msgs over the last 5 days with no response. No sign of my package yet (also in stock item) which you said shipped out last week Monday. Will you please send me the tracking info so i can anticipate the package?

Nick, be a grown up and check all your contact points that are advertised. That there is also email? Well there's vmail, text, and twitter, and whatever else you advertise as a means of contacting TS/ST. In retail, yes, I was a manager in retail once upon a time, your customer will vote with their dollars. Remember, it was Luke's responsiveness that got TS the business that made it a success and as such a valuable asset for ST. Don't squander it with flippant responses to valid observations.

Good of you to do that. But ya know, that just points to another issue, that everything seems to reside on your shoulders. Whom did you delegate this sort of stuff to while you're away? Personally, I'd be taking it up with them.
 
I just recently had an issue with equipment not being shipped on time. I called TS and they responded fairly quickly, but said my package had already been shipped. I was a bit upset because it had been over a week and I still hadn’t received it. Ten minutes after I get off the phone, I get an email saying my package was shipped. Kinda funny lol. I do understand turnovers and things getting screwed up but we are still paying customers and expect to get our gear on time. I’ve had pretty good experiences with Bartlett Arborist Supply. As a matter of fact, they have all petzl gear 20% off until the 13th.
 
Clearly, there's some issues, AND I suspect that there are people that are calling customer service for a gift for their boyfriend/ girlfriend/ etc, and don't know what they want or don't want, but are looking for some help, AND Y.E.E.P.s, and its cold and flu season( 0% of my labor force came in today, so I'm surfing, not out working).

Good people get spread thin. Nobody want anything from crap people.

Hope things smooth out.

I emailed Nick, after calling a few times going straight to JAMBO man (*PUKE*).. He got right on it, and it has not even been shipped from Greensboro yet.. 10 days... He kicked me down a gift cert, which is pretty rad... But still only going to be ordering items I cannot find elsewhere from here on out...
 
@bonner1040 I hate to beat you up on this but, get your act together, put something out there cuz this is spreading all over the web. FB groups wondering if Treestuff is going under, plenty dissatisfied. One thing about b2b, its all about time, You've got JIT (just in time), uptime (good!), downtime(bad!), and on time. We don't order because we don't have a use for it -- well most of us -- but because we need it and we need it on time.
There's a proverb about this kinda thing, starts with, "For want of a nail...."
 
I give them 12 months. Many of the key incredible customer service reps like Josie have been fired. It's only a matter of time until they are totally systematically dismantled
