It's a rated belay / rescue loop that you can hang a chain saw from. Not for fall arrest!!!

The entire harness is not for fall arrest.

On a side note, I've been looking into purchasing a new harness. I totally value Paul's opinion cause he ain't bout no shit. After seeing everyone else who has chimed in about the TM, I'm getting one. It tops out at my waist size (38), but I lose weight in the summer anyway. Muffin top in my swim trunks in the summer and muffin top in my harness in the winter -Sounds good to me!
