Tree ID # 9

NIck , I have seen this tree before , but its not registering.. A maytin tree keeps comming to mind , but i know thats not it ...at least I dont think so .I dont think that spelling is right either ...lol

Regarding the tree on 1100 N Block of Lemon St, it could be an Acacia species. Not a blackwood acacia, perhaps a retinodes or a salicina.
 
If the out of focus "yellow orb" in the photo is a flower instead of a fruit, than I would agree that it might be an acacia. Acacia was my first guess until I saw that Nick had called the out of focus yellow thingy a fruit. All the acacias I know of have pods, not round fruit.

I need a gif of a little guy slapping his forehead. I see these trees every day at work. I even climbed one a couple of weeks ago. I don't know how I didn't recognize them. Pierre gets it again!
