Tree i.d. please

Hi all, looking to i.d this tree that volunteered in our backyard a few years ago. My wife swears it's a balsa tree as it has very light wood. Branches are hollow when small filling in as they get bigger. Hopefully the pics attached ok. Thanks, Mark.

Beautiful but an invasive species in many locations.
