At my company we use a sort of self policing enforcement tactic that isn't really written anywhere but we re motivated to self check co workers . I'm looking for a fun way with a competition component to proactively correct rule breaking on siteI have to agree with Royce. At our place (not tree work), the only safety related incentive we have is based on the company as a whole. Every 100 days without an injury of any kind gets all 80+ of us free catered lunch. You do not want to be the guy screwing 79 others out of free food, lol.
