Hey, I just got one of those in the mail I think. I am going to go try it out. I will let you know how it goes...or maybe I should tell my wife to let you know how it goes. I am thinking this is just going to glide up the line...and down. Just looking at it, I think I am going to have trouble with a few things. Things like which way is up, where to hold it while descending, where to clip my chest tether to it, how to find it when I set it down in the ground. Wait, where did I put it.Didn't Jamie tell you guys....he shipped out 30,000 of them last week. Problem was that he made them clear, now the mailman can't find them to deliver them.

Agreed, it looks badass the way it is. Although tactical black is never a bad option. Maybe there's a paint out there that changes colours (yes there's a u in there) when it gets hot so it would go from black to red when you bomb out of a tree.

I am going to have them make the parts for the gofundme project. after that they are licensing the design and putting it into production. i am leaning towards clear anodizing for the gofund units. it wont be ready tomorrow, but things are moving in the right direction. i am happy with the design right now. they are looking it over with an eye to production and then its tooling, programming, cutting, etc. i am super excited!

Jamie, this is remarkable. Not only have you built a neat home and started a new family, but with a full time job, have designed this wonderful clamshell device, and now have RE onboard also. I can well imagine the time, effort and resources involved. Hats off to you.
