We've got the private tree by-law that dictates a report and permit if the tree is over 12" DBH at chest height. Then there's the ravine by-law which covers all trees within the zone. 3-6 weeks is nothing. here it's upto 90 days. We follow the law, keep the ducks in a row then the law is on your side.

Makes us look alot more professional.
