The crane job that wasn\'t.

Here's an Oak that we tested with the resistograph that ended up as a removal. When I saw it I said "two hour crane job- cake". My brother said "yup". I was sent there today with no crane? I looked in surprise, but knew that it could be done without it. It would just be harder.

You know, my brother took a few during the removal. I only have the ones I took- when I was slacking off.

I had two blocks and one pig tail in the tree. I moved back and forth with one or another to create a backup that was behind the main support. Does that make sense? I'll try to get his pics.

We did 4 jobs on this street and two of them needed it. I used it here to push all of the broken limbs and wood out of the street after I crashed it. This way it only took 30 secs to re-open the road. Plus it is good to use for the hunks of wood used to brace the walks and load grindings.
