Sycamore Job

Steve Connally

Been here much more than a while
Hadn't worked in a bucket before. I've never had the luxury. Yesterday I had this 120 ft sycamore down by 1300hrs. I know a guy who rents a 2 man boom from his electric company. He charged me $85 an hour plus he ran the bucket. Awsome, productivity was 3x what I could have dome climbing. The only problem is dropping the trunk. I was gonna do it this morning but now its pouring out. Figures, I go from 1 day ahead to 1 day behind overnite.

<ul type="square">[*]Download the picture file from the camera to your hard drive.
[*]Make a copy giving it a name without spaces or other weird characters, including ()!&gt;&lt;[].
[*]Resize it to about 800x600 if it's bigger than that (I hear emailing a copy to yourself can do that automatically if your image-manipulation software isn't user-friendly or very capable). The end result should be no more than about 150 kilobytes in size. Check the item's "properties" if your file browser doesn't tell you how big it is.
[*]Compose your reply, opting to preview it.
[*]When you've got the text just the way you want it, hit the preview one last time.
[*]Then, type in the full path/name of the image file, or "browse" to it if that's your bag.
[*]Click "submit" (or "okay", whatever it's called) and wait until you get the uploaded confirmation before closing the window.[/list]
