Stretch Air chainsaw Trousers

Anyone have any reviews on the Stretch Air chainsaw trousers from the Stein website? I'd like to get some pants, but I want to wear them in warmer weather (not mid summer) and have them be very durable...hmmmm sounds like I might be asking too much.
Any thoughts?

Summer is hot, chainsaw pants make it hotter. I use chaps in the summer months when I get out of the tree ( honest I do)

I own a pair of the pants you mention. It's 20 degrees here and I still have to wear thermals underneath them ( I thought they'd be warm enough to not have to wear thermals)

Hope this helped.

No real durability issues yet but I'm told that the crotch will blow out on them eventually.

I've been climbing in a pair of sips progression pants lately. Fricken best climbing pants I've ever worn. They could have done a better job with sealing up the Velcro cell phone pocket (damn chips keeping getting stuck in my iPhone while doing removals) but that's honestly the only complaint I can give.

Way better than the stretch air pants in my opinion

I've been wearing the Stretch air Gladiators this year. So far, so good. They've been durable. No crotch blow out. Only problem is staying up. I found some suspenders which solved that issue. I put them on in the morning and wear them all day, everyday, climbing and groundwork. Yes, they are warm but really I sweat anyway in the summer so it doesn't make that much of a difference. So far this year it hasn't been cold enough to warrant thermals and it's been down to the mid 20's F around here.
