Spanish Cedar

What species is Spanish Cedar? I have a humidor made out of it and canty find a mention of spanish cedar anywhere. I am thinking it is either a species of Cedar or Cypress.

Anyone know?

Most folks call that West Indian Cedar over here, but it's not a cedar at all. It's actually in the mahogany family. I didn't know that they make cigar boxes out of it.
