Update on the house. It's going through major renovations I was told and has water but no electricity at the moment. I might be able to get a generator if you really want to campout.

I am a proud member of the Rob Bramblett fan club. You all need to relax about the fish, I have dined in some fine sushi dives in k ville. Believe it or not there is quite an undergroundish/techno scene there. After all there is a large university there and it hosted the world's fair in the Regan administration!
