shoulders revisited

My therapy for 2 torn tendons of the rotator included pulldowns and overhead press. Both were in front not behind. It definately worked.I dont know of info behind the neck.
 
I am also doing therapy for my rotator and there is nothing that is behind the neck. There is the pull downs and a few other stuff but it's all pretty basic.

Thanks, but I wasn't asking you if you "cared" or not. I was simply pointing out the the results of those two different movements.
