Ordered a pair of wesco boots from sherril two weeks ago. They send the wrong size. After 4 phone calls they tell me the return label info was mailed instead of emailed and I should get it that day. No such luck. Gon on their site and call the ( seven day a week costumer service line today) no one working till mon? What a joke!
Left a message for wesco.....let's see what happens now. How does a co. Run this way?

Sherrill stinks, but ftr, they were awesome when Tobe ran things there. Their catalogs set a standard back in the day.
True. In my beginning years as an arborist, their catalogues taught me half of the 'quarter' of arboriculture I know today :estudioso:.

Catalogs are great, but nothing like walking into a tree service supply (or expo floor) and actually seeing and touching and smelling all the stuff...the colors, the design and quality of merchandise and innovations.

That why 20% of my stuff is bought locally. Sometimes you just have to stop by and say hi, see who's around, and test drive a few things.

Matlack Street it is.
I was up in August at my brothers in coatesville doing some storm damage repair from last winter and bent up a polesaw blade. Jumped in the truck and zipped on over for replacements. Very convenient. Been there many times before.

The last time I ordered from Sherrill my package never arrived. I contacted them repeatedly and finally they told me that someone at UPS must have stolen it! They would not refund or resend the order. I ate the cost. Treestuff and Wesspur for me.

Back when I was in high school, Sherrill was awesome. Cricket handled my orders and I waited anxiously to flip through their catalog.

I can't remember the last catalog I got from them, and the only one I keep up with at shows is Octavious

TreeStuff for me (same side of the country), but Wespur is solid as well.
