Scott Forrest is the champ!

Is this a bad result or something?

Is he one of yours chopps ?

I would have expected a little more recognition already, considering.

Well done Scott. The Champ

It is a good thing Reg!

Unfortunatley Scott is a Kiwi(NZ), but he is still a good friend of mine.

When he is in Australia he works for a company that I contract to. He is the true definition of a tree man and there is no one who works harder than him in all areas of the job. He is definately not a prima donna climber, far from it!

I tilt my hard hat to the Forrest!

I dont personally partake, follow or care that much Chopper....but I'm aware that there are lots of people on the forum who do. So where are they?

Lots of views, but a relatively piss-poor response. If Mark had won I'm sure it'd woud've been an entirely different thread....which is why I asked 'is it a bad result!'

I recently dropped in on a comp here in Victoria, just for an hour with my kid. First one ever. Not really a spectator sport from what I can make out, although the participants seemed to be having a good time at least. But I can imagine it must take a lot of practice, determination, and dedication to get to the very top of the pile on the world scene....and then to put it all together on the day. Yeah that's quite admirable.

Very well done, the Kiwis, Nicky and Scott.

Congrats to Scotty and Nicky!

It was a great event! The weather, the location, the people....all great! It makes it hard to think about not participating in the future.

My only complaint is that I didn't get to see the first three climbers in the masters. I am grateful to have had a chance to climb, but missed watching the others. I hope YouTube caught it.

Thanks to all of the volunteers for their time and energy!!! And thanks Chopper for posting the results so we all can acknowledge the great job Scott and Nicky did!
Cheers.
