Sad day for Arboriculture

Korin here, Bob's daughter.

I want to thank you all for your kind words. Don't be freaked out if you see that my dad is logged in sometimes, it will just be me looking at things he wrote.

I wanted to announce the memorial we are having for my dad, so if anyone will be in the Chicagoland area, feel free to stop by.

I just heard today that Bob passed.
He was an inspiration to me and many others.
He worked tirelessly to make the world a better place.
The family is having a celebration of his life at the Morton Arboretum July 6.

Didn't know him, but a unique character indeed. Always enjoyed his posts. May his legacy live on.

I'm planning on driving from Asheville to Chicago to attend the Memorial.

If anyone along the route is interested in riding along, let me know.

Also, if there's a day of work along the way for me, even on the Holiday weekend, let's talk, see what we can work out.
