Re: Stump grider stupidity?
I remember hitting my first water, electric, gas and sewer line.
One job I ground out several stumps and when it came time to get paid the owner remarked about how dusty the window sills were and low and behold the grinder had thrown small pebbles against the window and left BB sized holes in the glass. The cost for repair was equal to the cost of the grinding . Oh well... Pay up and move on.
Remember another time when the bowl for the gas line fell off and we had to dig for a while before we found it .
Always something...
