Pete3d, I had a CSI moment once when against all odds a triple acting biner got actuated so that it opened and got hooked onto a rope or lanyard, can't remember - but it was a biner directly onto my saddle, bridge or ring I can't remember. I didn't see it happen, only discovered it after it was too late.
