Everybody raves over the stable braid. I like the Sirius ropes.

Hi Steve, ln you can only have one rope situation, would you prefer to have a Teufelberger Sirius 16mm running through a isc 5/8 block (100kn) attached with 5/8 Yale multisling (mbs7720kg) rigging down light to medium limbs and negative rigging 200lb- 500lb chunks or a 14mm Sirius for the same situation. I was wondering would the 16mm be too cumbersome for small limbs and the 14mm not strong enough for the negative rigging aspect. I like to hear your thoughts particularly when you have Sirius experience, thanks and of course all Treebuzzers with your wealth of knowledge and experience.

Husky double braid is nice. I have a 9/16 that I've beat the crap out of. Just replaced it with a brand new chunk of the exact same thing.

Is 14mm Sirius in the same league as Samson 14mm stable braid. I imagine the Samson 14mm would do the work of the Sirius 16mm. Any thoughts Treebuzzers.

I would say the Sirius 14mm would have you covered for the rigging weight examples you mentioned and would be competitive wirh Stable Braid
