The protos showed up today, Sena installed, and chin strap included. @Shadowscape , I don’t think anyone on here who ordered was being “gullible”. I made the move knowing it COULD be 50/50, but if it wasn’t exactly what I asked for could decline or send it back.

Ended up getting the high viz yellow with carbon highlights. Had it in stock, made a quick choice of it. Still (extremely) shocked I have this in hand for what I paid.

That’s really cool! If we’re gonna have these big corporations, they might as well use their mistakes (and their capacity to absorb losses) to make happy customers rather than frustrated/annoyed ones.

I have never been fond of Vertical Supply Group and the way they do business of taking a product made by someone else and slapping it with the NOTCH (also VSG) logo. I know they have made arrangements with Rock Exotica and other companies to allow them to do that, it just has always rubbed me wrong that they cash in on another companies invention. That said, my hats off to them for honoring their posted price for you guys.
