That's just a bunch of partial removals. They are obviously coming back to take the rest of those trees down! They are just dropping their chipper off after finishing all the chipping...they will be back, right? I mean, nobody...yeah nobody could think that was a prune job. Right?

Unfortunately, I see way too much of that around here. So sad.

I thought about the electrical thing but that's not utility pruning. Also none of the other large trees around it are touched. This was premeditated.
