Powers spur scender

The reason I wear mine to the front is it is oriented similarly to a foot ascender. I couldn't get the rhythm with it toward the back on my left. So... Toward the front on the right. I am mindful to not jam my foot into tight spots, but not so much that I am delicate about it. The powerscender has held up beautifully.
 
Thanks Jon :). I am thankful to everyone I got to make these for as well. It was great to be able to have them field tested like this over time. And to Treestuff as well. My experience with them has been excellent. We will see how they sell now...tick tock :popcorn:
 
Curious as to if they'll be made to adapt to bashlins anytime soon. I hope so. If not I guess I'll be in the market for another set of Spurs sooner than I anticipated
Great concept by the way. And I love the HAAS plate as well

Wait let me understand this better. I don't have Kiwi's but want an ascender on my spikes. Wait I'll mount an ascender on different plates so everyone can benefit from having an ascender on their hooks if they choose. Yep, sounds like some highly technical spy stuff to me. Give me a break, the whole concept by either party isn't going to save the world or make them billionaires. It's an ascender on a hook.

No disrespect Mike, I love mine and will buy another set if I ever change out of my Kliens.:birra:

The other manufacturer has made some to sell to individuals but has no intention of making them commercially available. Dale Thomas of KK understands that he has a specific spot in the market, not everybody like a foot ascender that you can kick out. It's all good!

Well thanks, Reed. That came as kind of a shock. If people observed the way I put this whole process together, they would likely think different. My idea was not originally to go into production. My goal was to make myself a sweet spurscender so I could do SRT removals more efficiently. Then I helped other people....then it blossomed and grew, inevitably revealing the delicious fruit from within. I am just a regular dude, here only to help, not to hurt.
 
Exactly brother. Same as the other guy in the states. Dale is after a brand, and that's cool too. I will always stand behind the buzzards, I wouldn't be where I am today without this group.

Been using my Powerscender for about 2 weeks now. I am hooked. Very secure, never in the way and always ready. The SAKA attachment is also a must have. Thanks Mike.
I find the whole idea that you some how stole this concept pretty idiotic. How many companies make carabiners or rope. When I first saw the KK they only came to fit one brand of spur. And the kick out feature to me is risky at best.
 
I must have missed something on fbook. I'm friends with Dale and I haven't seen him say anything about Mike's product. Where was it? I generally think most facebook tree stuff is crap but not everybody can be a buzzer! Lol

The only thing I've seen recently is a reference that the Rig-n-wrench was Georgio Fiori's idea. He posted something to that effect the other day. Not saying anything but I never saw anything about it until Kevin put it up on the buzz.

Man I'm so out of the catty gossip triangle. Hey did you hear about............never mind.
